I have been thinking alot about this topic over the past few years. I have made alot of changes in my life, done alot of research and thinking about this topic and have come to point where I do believe that these things are possible and not to difficult to achieve in your life.
I would like to share with you what I believe are the steps neccessary for you to achieve eternal life and youth. I have incorporated these steps into my life and the results have been amazingly positive, and impressive. Alot of it are things, we already know, but like so much of what we know, we just don’t do them. Maybe with the added impetus of the ability to live long, youthfully and possibly forever, we will, as a culture and society, begin to live in a way, that will insure for us the ability to achieve eternal life, and youth.
The Secret to Eternal Life and Youth
1. Live in harmony with life, your fellow humans and yourself. Stress, misery, problems which take a toll on your health and happiness are due to you not living in peace with the world and yourself. Find peace in your heart and soul by achieving harmony with life and others. Don’t hate, or harm, and seek to find similarities, instead of differences.
2. Have no bad habits. If you drink, smoke, swear, gamble etc, it will cost you in terms of years, and your youth, which is your basically your health and happiness. If you have bad habits, stop indulging in them. It takes alot of courage and effort to change bad habits, and begin good habits, but remember it’s completely possible, and the rewards endless.
3. Have a healthy diet. This is the most important step to take if you want to live for 100+ healthy youthful years. A Healthy Diet- can prevent against most diseases, as well as preventing most if not all, the ailments we associate with old age.
A healthy diet is vegan, free of salt, sugar, yeast, alcohol, and trans and animal fats. It is also free or low in foods that cause allergic reactions ( mental, emotional, physical or mental). These foods are commonly, chocolate, onions, garlic, peppers, and vanilla. These foods impair our functioning , make us not feel well, cause physical panic and lead us to overeat and eat foods that comfort us but that are unhealthy.
4. Maintain regular enjoyable, natural exercise- workout regularly and use as much energy in life as possible; walk, use stairs, work, work out, move, live.
5. Get enough rest and sleep. People feeling guilt and resentful about resting and sleeping, is due to our awareness at the briefness of life. We feel we are stealing time from ourselves. Once you have made the changes in your life, that will enable you to live for a long full life, the instinct to go and rush yourself to the point of death will diminish, and you then can begin to live in tune with the natural rhythm and flow of life.
6. Be good, follow the commandments, the golden rule and society laws and practises. It is true karma, is a powerful force and you will not live long or well if you are anti life, unkind, uncaring or uncharitable. Be good, support good, don’t aid or abet bad people/badness and live in peace and harmony with society, others.
7. Take care of yourself. Hope, love, laugh, learn, take risks, give yourself breaks, be as kind to yourself as to others.
